We recommend reaching out 6 to 12 weeks in advance for regular tournaments, and 12 to 16 weeks for major multi-division regional championships to guarantee field layout review and staffing availability. However, we also accommodate short-notice requests whenever our schedule allows.
What sanctioning bodies and rulesets do FlowState tournaments support?
Our tournament directors are fully versed in USA Ultimate (Official Rules / 12th Edition) and WFDF (World Flying Disc Federation) tournament standards. We assist with sanctioned roster verification, spirit score guidelines, and official post-event score reporting.
Can FlowState bundle both tournament operations and certified officiating?
Yes! Through our integrated FlowState Officiating corps, we can provide a complete package with both on-site tournament directors and certified observers for Sunday showcases, semifinals, and championship games.
